The Clooney Quin U16 hurlers brought the U16B hurling championship title back to Clooney Quin on Sunday after they defeated Ruan in the final in Sixmilebridge by eight points. Ruan got the opening score of the game but it was the only time in the game they took the lead. The side was captioned by Eoghan O’Brien who was inspirational, among others, throughout the game.
