The Clooney Quin U16 hurlers played round 1 of the U16A championship on Tuesday evening in Bodyke against Bodyke /O’Callaghans Mills. They were comfortable winners on the night on a score of Bodyke /O’Callaghans Mills 1 8 Clooney Quin 6 10.
They will play round two of the U16A championship on Tuesday July 10th in Clooney at 7pm against near neighbours St Josephs Doora Barefield. Clooney also have in their group Tulla , Inagh Kilnamona, Scarriff Ogonnelloe and Feakle Kilanena.
