This year Clooney/Quin have sufficient numbers to field two U12 Ladies Football teams, the Green team and the Red team
On Sunday, March 6th, the first U12 match of the year was played by the Red Team against Kildysart in Clooney. This was the first ever club football match for this bunch of girls.
The girls might not have won the match but all played really well and did themselves, their parents, their trainers and their club proud. Next week the Red Team are due to play Crusheen away and the Green Team are down to play Burren Gaels in Clooney.
