The U12 hurlers travelled to Ennistymon last Friday to play the home team and came home with two wins out of two games.
Clooney Quin were down a number of players due to the time of year but they managed to dig out two good wins.
The U12’s are currently training with the U13 hurlers also as the U13 competition will be starting soon.
The U13 team travelled to Ogonnelloe on Tuesday evening to play a challenge game. This would have been the first time some of the players would have played in a full size pitch with 15 players.
This was a well worth exercise and they put up a great battle against the locals.
