Well done to the junior A ladies football team on winning the Junior A Shield final in Shannon on Sunday afternoon. They beat East Clare Gaels by two goals in the end with Clooney Quins goals coming from Niamh McGee, Emma Deegan and Ella Taylor. The shield was handed to Clooney Quins proud captain Ciara Grogan. Clooney Quin had four sets of sisters playing on this side on the day(Considines x2 , Mc Gees x 2 , Deegans X 2 and Rochfords x 2)
