They may have lost but they are still smiling. It was a game of two halves due a windy afternoon in The Banner GAA grounds where Clooney’s Red U12 Team played Fergus Rovers in the Div A Plate final.
They were down 0-1 to 2-2 at half time, Clooney put in a tremendous effort in the second half to finish on a score line of Clooney 2-3; Fergus Rovers 2-4.
